Experience and Training
Sheree Pfeiffer brings over a decade of experience in individual support, with a strong passion for improving the lives of people with complex needs and behaviours of concern. She holds a Diploma in Community Services and has completed specialist training including Introduction to Sensory Awareness and Movement Differences, the Trauma Masterclass, and certification as a PART (Predict, Assess & Respond to challenging/aggressive behaviours) Trainer. In addition, she has advanced knowledge of Megaton Key Word Sign. Sheree combines her technical training with a deep commitment to inclusive, respectful, and person-centred support.
Skills and Current Role
Sheree is highly skilled in communication and observation, approaching her work holistically to meet the diverse needs of those she supports. She develops strategies that promote positive behavioural outcomes and actively fosters an environment built on inclusion, dignity, and respect. In her current role as both a Lifestyle Support Worker and Behaviour Practitioner Assistant, she bridges the gap between clinicians and support services. Her goal is to deliver tailored, compassionate support that improves quality of life for people receiving behaviour support.
Personal Values and Interests
Outside of work, Sheree has a strong interest in animals and animal behaviour, particularly with dogs. She also has a passion for iconic Australian muscle cars. Her core values — transparency, integrity, honesty, and inclusion — guide both her personal life and professional practice. These principles shape her interactions with clients, families, and colleagues, allowing her to build trust and provide support that genuinely meets individual needs.
